A native of Silicon Valley, Mark started his real estate career at Marcus and Millichap in 1986. Since then Calvano has been involved in every facet of commercial real estate, including land assembly and ground-up development projects with institutional capital partners.

With a pipeline of over 1 million square feet, the company continues to target select ground-up development projects in Silicon Valley and the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Mark is a member of the Bay Area Council, Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and is a graduate of San Francisco State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.
